I like to nominate Duppie Du Plessis on the award. Duppie always take his time to scan through the support tickets and provide the best suggestion and also willing to take his time answering direct questions if needed. He is a such a great benefit to support team sepecially someone new to SYSPRO as myself.
Duppie has been voluntarily, and on his own time been going through open Support tickets and looking a topics he feels he can help the assigned analysts with. The entire analyst group thanks Duppie. He has be VERY helpful on so many tickets; it is truly above and beyond, and we all greatly appreciate his effort.
Heinrich knows so much about SYSPRO ERP and what he doesn’t know he will make sure he finds out. Heinrich will always follow up and make sure he finds the solution for his customers. Nothing is too much ask of Heinrich. He is a pleasure to deal with.
The go-to for any support related queries. Always willing to help to resolve customers’ needs and even works after hours to resolve customer issues.
Chris has good in depth and overall vision of SYSPRO the business. He understands the expectations of internal and external Customers/Partners and makes things happen. He really listens and hears the needs of all. He is a pleasure to work with!
Chris has so much energy and positivity that it is contagious. He lives up to the award criteria through and through. If you want to put a person in a room full of people who is a perfect representative of our brand, that’s Chris and he will win over everyone in that room.
Michelle has helped bring awareness around several different organizations and causes that are important, worthwhile and offer critical support to the communities. Here influence has helped bring much needed support and light to the causes and it’s admirable that she dedicates time, effort and resources to gather people, SYSPRO, to help rally and offer support where possible.

Jessica is always available to uplift, encourage and support her team and fellow SYSPRO colleagues. Her calm and collected demeanor and positive contributions have a massive impact on the overall well-being of her team. Jessica is so invested in others and making sure that they are ok that she even became an accredited coach. Her empathy and approach to others who need support goes above and beyond. She is a trustworthy colleague and friend.
Kelly H is always passionate about taking the next step to getting marketing leads via creative and innovative ways. Through collaboration with Kelly, we have made great strides in the setup of our infrastructure and web pages.
Kelly has been bringing great thoughts and ideas around tasks that an ordinary person would just leave out to be simplistic and basic. Her thought process around what she wants done makes one want to do better in everything they do.
Kelly is an independent thinker and continuous reflector who always looks for ways to improve the way we work and the way we speak to customers and prospects through our marketing.
Rob has taken it upon himself to mentor both Luke Reinschmidt and Jimmy Meehan and we have seen amazing results with both of them. Rob has played a major role in both of their early careers at SYSPRO and we have very high expectations for both Luke and Jimmy. Rob is a big reason why they have been successful so quickly.
Rob is always willing to provide assistance and help to those he is a mentor to. His knowledge in sales is always called on, and he will take time out of his day to help teach/coach with patience and without hesitation.
Although he is always busy with what I consider more important things, Russ always makes time to provide me with support and encouragement which helps me to stay focused and not to waste my energy on things I have no control over.The amount of strategy and focus to manage the website is a very under-appreciated role by anyone who does not work in this role.
We can directly correlate South Africa’s Cobol skill to Russ’s efforts in our leadership and internship programs. His time and effort to teach and mentor is unparalleled. Thank you Russ!
Tracy is the heart and soul of SYSPRO Americas. Whenever there is any sort of event, she is working tirelessly to ensure every detail is covered and that it goes off without a hitch. She does anything asked of her and goes well beyond what is expected. She never complains and does not want any attention for what she does. SYSPRO Americas would not be the same place without her.
Tracy is always doing such a great job of promoting a positive work culture for the Tustin office. She always has a positive attitude and acts in a selfless way.
