We look to our partners to drive the same dedication towards their Customers; to deliver exceptional service and customer experiences throughout their engagements and interactions. This prestigious award goes to the partner who demonstrates a drive to deliver exceptional results around the SYSPRO solution while acting with our values in mind. The partner applying for this award should show how they delivered exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining a willingness to go above and beyond what is expected, while maintaining professional focus on achieving strategic wins.

Requirements

  • In 400 words or less, describe the challenges that one of your customer’s faced and how your business supported and delivered on the solution to enable a beneficial outcome for the customer.
  • You must be able to validate your application by showing how these values were delivered on, not just once, but on a continual basis - showing your dedication to customer service satisfaction.
  • Describe if any lessons were gained from your experience in dealing with customers and where a necessary SYSPRO value was applied to overcome an obstacle in the customer journey
  • Provide a reference quote or recommendation from your customer on their overall experience.

Description

The New Business Partner of the Year Award will go to a partner who has demonstrated their commitment to accelerating their growth with SYSPRO by driving demand, displaying innovative thinking and illustrating solution-based success in key specific target markets for new customers.Partners who apply for this award should demonstrate their ability to work successfully with SYSPRO regional teams and leverage the knowledge and skills within the community to deliver on increased sales and marketing activities from prior years. Furthermore, the award will recognise partners who have made an investment in SYSPRO, are dedicated to building a business focused on SYSPRO solutions, and converting new customers from competitive solutions.

Description

The Digital Transformation Partner of the Year is awarded to the partner who has best showed itself working towards embracing the latest technological advances delivered by and through SYSPRO.

  • Authorized, Premium or Elite Partner Status

Requirements

In 400 words or less, describe how you used SYSPRO to transform your customer’s business, using the latest technological advances, and how you supported this process of innovation that allowed a customer to embrace positive change within its business processes that focused on improvements in daily operations.

Description

The ISV Partner of the Year award goes to a partner that utilizes a SYSPRO product offering and shows exceptional growth and success with SYSPRO’s customers, leading to continued investment in understanding customer needs. This partner will have demonstrated their passion for SYSPRO by collaborating with SYSPRO to deliver exceptional customer experiences, gain new customer acquisitions, and increased revenue

  • Enrolled in the PartnerUP ISV Programme
  • Certified ISV Product

Requirements

Award is based on ISV Partner’s performance within the ISV program and testimonials from customers and solution partners on exceptional collaboration in sales and services.

Description

This award will be given to a new partner in the SYSPRO eco-system who has excelled in their onboarding and is well on their way to become an Elite SYSPRO Partner. This partner will be nominated by the SYSPRO regional offices.

  • Enrolled in the PartnerUP Solutions Program for two years or less
  • Authorized, Premium or Elite Partner Status

Requirements

  • In 400 words or less, describe the challenges that you have been presented with as a new SYSPRO partner and how you have adapted. Please present a clear indication of your sales success as well as all new customer references that have been onboarded to SYSPRO
  • You must be able to validate your application for this award by showing how these values were delivered on, not once, but on a continual basis, showing your dedication to customer service satisfaction.
  • Provide a reference quote/recommendation from the customer on their overall experience

Description

The LearnIt Partner of the Year is awarded to a partner that has excelled in the education sphere of our business. This includes all revenue generated from LearnIt as well as internal staff development

  • Leading Revenue Partner in SLC licenses
  • Internal staff development through SYSPRO LearnIt
  • Enrolled in the PartnerUP Solutions Program
  • Authorized, Premium or Elite Partner Status

Description

The Services Partner of the Year is awarded to the partner that has demonstrated excellence in services and who has built a professional services business that delivers on SYSPRO’s Service Values. This partner uses IDEAL methodologies and the latest service delivery models to implement SYSPRO solutions to bring customer efficiencies into business process, while receiving quality service and customer satisfaction. A partner who applies for this award must have used their service teams as an extension of SYSPRO’s own support and services teams to work towards improving and delivering both SYSPRO and complimentary products, and aim for unrivalled expertise in services.

Requirements

  • In 400 words or less, describe how you used your service offering to deliver an exceptional customer experience and how you managed to provide services that were above and beyond that of standard expectations. Ensure that your customer is able to provide testimonial on how you managed to transform their SYSPRO solution implementation by providing unrivaled emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Description

SYSPRO recognizes Customer Experience as a key factor in our success and we want to reward a partner that has created value-added products and services that provide exceptional experiences that are unique, and more importantly, repeatable, from customer to customer.Partners who apply for this award must show their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction in their ability to successfully close deals, solve complex business issues and implement solutions with deep expertise and focus towards digital experiences.

  • Enrolled in the PartnerUP Solutions Program
  • Authorized, Premium or Elite Partner Status

Requirements

  • Partners to collaborate with SYSPRO to create a Customer Case Study showing their customer experience that delivered exceptional service, illustrating the steps the partner undertook: pre-sell, sell, implement and deliver on SYSPRO solutions.
  • In 400 words or less, describe how you have driven community upliftment in your environment, this may talk to a specific event or an initiative run.
  • You must be able to validate your application for this award by showing how these values were delivered on, not once, but on a continual basis, showing your dedication to adding value to the community you operate in.
  • Provide a reference quote/recommendation to substantiate this submission

Description

The Top Partner Performer Award goes to a partner who has dedicated themselves to success with SYSPRO. This partner will have delivered on exceptional performance in customer growth, new opportunity sales and service satisfaction. This award will go to the partner who set themselves apart by leading by example, delivering customer success and demonstrating their capabilities to drive SYSPRO into the market with focus and dedication to our target industries. We are not only looking for Partners with top revenues, but those who have been instrumental in raising SYSPRO’s brand awareness and delivering exceptional quality to the sales process by leveraging the latest demonstration platforms, partner networks and regional capabilities to win deals.

Eligibility

  • In good standing with SYSPRO
  • Been with SYSPRO for a minimum of 2 years
  • Elite Partner status achieved for the program yea

Requirements

  • Describe in 400 words or less how youhave continued to outperform your competitors in the program year. Provide examples of key customer successes that have contributed to revenue growth as well as instances of customer service that have increased a customer’s use of SYSPRO technologies, all while delivering on first class innovations to drive solutions
  • Please also describe if you leveraged the partnership of your regional office to achieve increased sales and marketing activities, and what led you to drive successful business practises enabling your business to perform efficiently and effectively.
  • Describe if you have identified a key market that you believe that you have made an impact where the delivery and use of SYSPRO solutions was more advantageous than that of a competitor, and this has helped to increase your capabilities of success.

Each of the PartnerUP Awards will have both a winner and a Runner-up. The awards that require submission / nomination will open in February 2022 once we have allocated all transactions and certifications processed in FY2021.

Our valued partners will stand the chance to win in a variety of categories designed to showcase those who have excelled and aligned their business-focus with SYSPRO values. These awards have been inaugurated to formally pay tribute to the success, innovation, hard work and contribution of our PartnerUP community. As this is something new for our Partner eco-system, the idea is to start small, with the vision of building a world-renowned awards program.
