As a new hire under Scott, I have already seen the highest level of servant leadership from him and the culture he has created within the US operation should be a beacon for all other regional operations. He is a huge asset to the US organization and deserves to be a leadership ambassador within the Global Executive team to help propagate great leadership traits, best practices, and actions throughout our broader regional organizations. Scott is the embodiment of inspiration; he is innovative and forward-thinking. He connects with every employee and actively participates in ensuring SYSPRO USA is a great place to work. He is a leader that stands side by side with his employees, not over them. He not only leads the team but is part of the team; winning together by coaching, guiding, and supporting; which translates to open communication, empowerment, and teamwork. Scott Hebert is doing a great job leading the US in his first year as CEO.

Brandon also would get my vote for the sales success award. Brandon is always talking about his customers and that his customers come first. For the RCL Milling project we did, I saw Brandon play a key role in ensuring the customer was kept happy even though at times things got tough he showed a high level of commitment to the customer. Professional and empathetic to customer needs – proactive in managing the sales cycle and relationship at the group exec level. Increases “share of wallet” by closing more deals in existing group accounts. Successful in finding new groups to grow SYSPRO In. Selling the way it should be done – always got his customer’s back. the respect he shows his clients is very professional.

Musa lives the word ‘UPlift’ in all that he does around SYSPRO, and when he delivers the donations collected on behalf of SYSPRO. He always gets involved in the UPLift initiatives as well as reaches out, and connects with the charities and organizations he interacts with, has a big heart, and is so caring, open, and helpful in what he does and assists with for the UPLift initiatives. He shows this in his actions recently when he stopped on the highway to help a lady who had broken down and got her on her way again.

IT services globally have merged and fallen ever more under the care of corporate. This along with attending to compliance matters, standardizing and consolidating in-house services, while attending to IT services offered to customers and projects throughout the organization. This requires lots of time, and dedication to keep the company running in the direction in which it must. Shane displays excellent communication skills, delegates and empowers effectively, motivates and inspires as well as displays excellent decision-making capabilities. Shane embodies what a good leader should be like.

I think he has gone above and beyond in some of the initiatives we have been implementing in SYSPRO. On many occasions, Shane went way beyond the line of duty to help with the Global COA implementation project. He worked late hours and made himself available for meetings across the time zones. His energy and commitment were critical for the success of this project. Shane and his team over the past 2 or 3 years have made SYSPRO a true global company by allowing employees to communicate with teams over a single domain. This is just 1 of many projects he has led successfully. I don’t think people understand fully what they have done globally from an infrastructure point of view. The network stability project, single certificate across all our online systems etc. etc. the list is endless. Shane consistently works behind the scenes with a positive attitude and a willingness to help in whatever capacity necessary. Shane always acts in the best interest of coworkers and the business.

Greg consistently supports his peers, his team, and leadership members at regional and corporate levels. He inspires his team and the marketing team to find creative or innovative sales solutions to win deals and build pipelines. He recently piloted a Sales Call Blitz day which drove unprecedented results and opportunities in a single day. Greg works very diligently to support our Sales Team. He is a good communicator who motivates and inspires. He is a great example of a Sales Leader. He is an authentic leader who focuses on helping the team achieve results. Growth-minded strategic thinker, and fun to work with. Greg is a Rockstar in the SYSPRO community! I am co-nominating Kelly Kucera and Greg Tracey for this award as their combined leadership has had an immensely positive impact on everyone in sales and marketing combined. Kelly and Greg work closely to ensure alignment between both teams and lead together with a results-driven, growth mindset. They both have the utmost integrity in their leadership and are always available to members of both teams (whether they are directly managing them or not) to offer feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to do better. I am a better team member and leader myself having had the opportunity to work alongside both of them, and the results show for themselves! Greg is an effective leader who empowers his team with positivity and constructive support. His ideas are adaptive & creative, which makes working with him an enjoyable experience. I think that one of the most important qualities in a leader is giving their team the space to grow, yet still being a guiding voice. I think Greg balances this perfectly. His leadership efforts make a positive impact at SYSPRO. Not to mention, the numbers speak for themselves!

A cheerful face that is always willing to drop what he’s doing and help a fellow worker. He always has time to help, patience to explain and at the same time brings a positive vibe to his colleagues and work environment. He gave up his leave to finish a report we needed for Pricing. Always ready to help. he is always behind the scenes helping where he can, always doing the most and has never been recognized for all that he does. He’s the true meaning of an unsung hero, always doing the most behind the scenes. Mpho always goes over and above to help everyone, not only in his departments. And you can ask him over and over again and he will help like you’ve never asked before!!! TRULY selfless always!!!
Mpho consistently and continuously goes beyond the call of duty, he works tireless to help anyone who needs it, and always delivers above what is expected from him. Mpho has always done his best to help me, especially in my most intense times of need. He will always step forward and offer a hand with a positive attitude. He will even make jokes and ease your mind of whatever is stressing you at the moment while helping you to find a solution to your work. I respect Mpho a lot and I believe he deserves this award. Mpho is always so kind and selfless and does not hesitate, no matter how busy he is, to set aside time to help others. Mpho is always willing to help, no matter what the issue, and no matter how busy he is, he will always make time for you! Annie always has a smile & encouraging words – she’s a real positive ray of sunshine. Annie goes the extra mile for all staff that is going through problems. She often her private time and family time on hold to support others. Annie understands how important it is for us all to be healthy and happy. She always has time for everyone and listens and remembers all the key things happening in our lives. She is always willing to try to resolve problems while making sure that all actions are what’s right for the company and the individual. She always has a smile and encouraging words for everyone, no matter what stress she is under herself. From personal experience, on several occasions when my life was turned upside down, Annie would always check in with me to see how I am doing, even after hours when I am home, this is very touching considering she is always busy and when you at home with two kids she still finds the time to do this. Her willingness to take time out of a busy schedule to provide emotional support and encouragement helped a lot of us going through these challenging times. Annie genuinely cares about all SYSPRO staff and takes the time to ensure a person gets the support they need. She provides excellent advice and encouragement to those around her.

Always has great ideas and is constantly improving her skillset to bring innovation into our digital projects. Excellent work ethic and the ability to bring a team together to complete a project. Exceptional work ethic. She has made some significant changes to our website this year, which have seen remarkable improvements. I think this is an incredibly important role as our website is our first point of engagement for anyone these days. I feel all the long hours of hard work are never understood by the rest of the company.
The amount of strategy and focus to manage the website is a very under-appreciated role by anyone who does not work in this role. Ray has a great way of infusing creativity into ideas. I’ve presented projects to her before where I needed her help but she always takes it to the next level, going above and beyond what the initial brief was. Ray’s intuitive perspective on how we do things as a brand is refreshing and she’s always looking for ways to improve how we do things. Whenever she presents ideas she does it in a way that excites people about the ideas.

Greta goes above and beyond to try to give back to the community and support as many charities as possible. Greta has been driving the enthusiasm, effort, and execution behind our various corporate initiatives. Greta is always setting up initiatives for the staff to get involved in to support and donate towards worthy causes across the spectrum of people, animals, and the environment. The charities chosen have all had specific requirements and as #wearesyspro we step up to the challenge to get involved, give of our time, donate where needed, and overall make us better people in making a difference to others. By driving the UPLift initiative Greta ensures the plight of others is at the top of our mind and it falls into the SYSPRO Company Values Greta is very passionate and carries out SYSPRO’s values and lives their culture. her support and dedication towards UPLift and Wellness are astounding. No job is too small for her She has put in great initiatives to raise money for nonprofit organizations. Feeding nursery school, donating money through coffee sales to owl house, and dog food 4 paws. collecting various items for people in need, arraigning rise against hunger so that we can all participate.

Greta always goes beyond what is expected in her Facilities role, to make SYSPRO a great place to work! She has lead her team to proactively engage with staff and take initiative in what they do. From uniform branding, to communication platforms in various areas to keep us all in tune with what is going on in the business. She initiates amazing events, projects for staff to get involved in, ( linked to both SYSPRO Life and Uplift ) works closely with SMILE team/ People team to ensure the work environment carries our values, and always willing to help and assist where she can. She has the staff’s best interest in mind, and during he pandemic went out to ensure our work space kept us safe.

Steven is also passionate about continuing to grow his skills and continues to set aside time for him to study new features of the product. The Canadian Support Team has had a challenging year. As one of the senior-most Support Analysts (we celebrated his 10th year in January!), a lot of pressure was on Steven, but he stayed cool as a cucumber. He continued to tackle a high number of tickets and has helped guide the Junior Support Analysts as they learned the ropes. Steven is always a reliable teammate and a great support to our customers!
